A New Year often brings with it the feeling of new beginnings, or improvement in terms of our businesses and personal lives. Goals and aspirations often give us new insight into the growth we want to achieve throughout the year.
But what does growth actually mean?

“The process of improving some measure of an enterprise’s success. Business growth can be achieved either by boosting the top line or revenue of the business with greater product sales or service income, or by increasing the bottom line or profitability of the operation by minimizing costs”
This mentality will always be present with regards to your business goals, as there will always be an aspect of growth within each new idea, aspiration and vision.
So that’s business growth, and now we’d like to remind you what the definition of personal growth is….
Personal growth has a slightly shorter definition, but in essence has a wider scope; it’s the development of an individual. So, if your goals for the new year were to learn a new skill or to go to yoga once a week, (which for arguments sake are elements of personal growth, apparently…). You would most likely to invest time or in an individual to teach you, or an individual to show you how to do this in the most beneficial way, in order to achieve these new goals.
Can you see where this is going?
