Last week, the team had the absolute pleasure of attending the Red Rose Awards at the iconic Winter Gardens Blackpool, an incredible evening celebrating the best businesses across Lancashire.
We were thrilled to be named finalists in two categories: Small Business and Professional Services, alongside some truly inspiring companies from across the county.
So, you can imagine our excitement when Fresh Perspective Resourcing was announced as the winner of the Professional Services Award 2026! 🏆
To be recognised in such a competitive category is something we’re incredibly proud of. The judges shared the following comments about our win:

Those words mean a lot to us because they perfectly reflect what we try to do every single day.
Recruitment can sometimes have a challenging reputation, but at Fresh Perspective Resourcing we’ve always believed it can and should be done differently.
